• Service: Tours, transfers, accommodations, and other travel-related offerings.
• Platform: www.alzohatourism.com and related mobile apps.
• You/Your: Any user accessing or booking services through our Platform.
• Booking: Confirmation of any service after payment.
• Supplier: Third-party providers of tours, hotels, transfers, etc.
• Account: Your registered user profile on our Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or booking through Al Zoha Tourism, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective Supplier. Payment is collected by Al Zoha Tourism on behalf of the Supplier. Fees, cancellation policies, and refund terms are defined per service.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may request cancellation through your dashboard. Refund amounts, if any, depend on the Supplier’s policy. Al Zoha Tourism Credits may be issued at our discretion for future bookings.

Responsibilities

• Al Zoha Tourism: Facilitates booking and payment; provides customer support.
• Supplier: Delivers the actual service; sets operational hours and specific terms.
• User: Provides accurate information; adheres to health, safety, and local regulations.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of Liability

Al Zoha Tourism is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or other damages arising from Supplier-provided services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.
