• The safari vehicle accommodates 6 people in the UAE.

• Our safaris include off-road driving, so pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or other medical concerns participate at their own risk.

• Children under 4 years are the responsibility of their parents during safaris.Children under 4 years are the responsibility of their parents during safaris.

• Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.

• Always seek permission before photographing local residents.

• Photographing local women is prohibited.

• Schedules may vary during Ramadan; contact our representative for updates.

• Meals are food-only; beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) are charged separately based on consumption, payable on-site. Lunch is provided when specified during visits

• CANCELLATION: Cancel free of charge Up-to 72 hours from date of service local time, after that full charge.

Ensure you book or have booked using your personal credit card with Al Zoha Tourism. The original credit card used for the booking, along with your passport, must be presented and verified on-site. Please have these items ready. Al Zoha Tourism staff may deny access to the excursion if these are unavailable.
